♥ PRICES
• Prices are fixed and not negotiable.
• All prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars
♥ PAYMENT
• Luv.Affairs will send electronic invoices to spree-ers.Payment must be made within 3 working days from the invoice date otherwise order will be treated as void.
♥ POSTAGE CHARGES ( applicable in Singapore only )
• All Charges to be Borned by Buyers
• Include Envelope/Carton
• Normal Postage – S$2 - S$7 ( for pacel below 2kg **)/ per item
• Registered Postage – add another $2.24(highly recommended incase of lost in transhipment)
• For parcel above 2kg – will follows the speedpost charges

♥ ITEMS
• Product measurements given are only approximate.
• All the products will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.
• The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures shown.
• Stock availability will only be confirmed once items reach Luv.Affairs
( This is because the seller has got other buyers as well, items that might be sold out by the time we order... )
• So please do not check the availability of your choice items
• Please indicate an alternative item in your order form so in case your choice went out of stock, Luv.Affairs able to get another alternative item for you :)
• If all fails, will do a refund.
• Pre-Order will take Approx 3-4 weeks to reach Singapore, will not take more then 4 weeks to reach you unless something crops up , which Luv.Affairs will update customers.
♥ REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges is not applicable as these are inner closet & due to hygienie purpose, wholesaler will not accept any return. But of course Luv.Affairs will check the goods first to ensure no defect before despatching to you
• Please do not ask for refunds/ exchanges if the items do not fit you or if the design of the item is not up to your expectations.... There's nothing Luv.Affairs can do as the wholesaler don't allow refunds or exchanges now so please choose wisely.
• Do keep in mind ' Colour might turn out different due to lighting of the pictures etc... '
1.Luv.Affairs is not liable for any parcel that is lost in the mail. Hence, customers is advisable to opt for registered mail. Luv.Affairs have the rights to void any order if no payment was received within the next 3 days after the invoice is issued.
2.Luv.Affairs reserves the rights to cancel the spree if response is poor and buyers will be refunded for the amount they have paid initially.
3.Luv.Affairs reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions, therefore customers must READ the terms & conditions before placing orders.
